主讲嘉宾是中国热带农业科学研究院原副院长陈秋波教授。陈秋波教授主要从事热带农业发展战略、自然资源管理、农业生态与环境、中国改革开放与农业农村发展等领域研究。

The guest speaker is Dr. Professor Chen Qiubo, former Vice President of the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences. Professor Chen is mainly engaged in research on tropical agricultural development strategies, natural resource management, agroecology and environment, China's reform and opening up and agriculture and agrarian development.

本期讲座主要介绍中国研发的主要热带作物橡胶与香蕉的成套实用技术，以及农业机器人使用与农业新机械等。课程主要面向从事相关领域工作的政府官员、专业技术人员、科研院所专家等群体，希望与大家共同探讨交流，互学共鉴。

This lecture introduces the practical technology packages developed in China for producing rubber and bananas, the major tropical crops, as well as the use of agricultural robots and new machineries. The lecture is mainly aimed at officials, technicians, experts from research institutes and other groups working in related fields, and we hope to exchange ideas with all of you.
